I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right across the street from the ocean and on the beautiful White Rock beachfront. The rooms were quiet as mine was at the back of the hotel, away from any noise, and I appreciated the convenience of walking to the water, restaurants, and stores. However, sharing a front door with a smaller suite was a bit odd and offered no privacy.
The hotel has an incredible location right on Marine Dr across from East beach and the seawall sidewalk, with several restaurants within walking distance. The rooms offer beautiful balconies overlooking the ocean, but privacy could be an issue due to shared smoke. The service is exceptional with warm and helpful staff, although more security at night could enhance the experience. The dining options are simple but affordable, especially the cafe nearby. Our stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for our family of six. My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and had good, comfortable furniture. It was quiet and nice, well-equipped with comfortable sitting areas, a dining room table, a kitchen with chairs, a big balcony, and 2 gas fireplaces. The service was very helpful, always very polite and respectful. The location, while clean and comfortable, was not very close to the town center, and the noise from passing trains across the road made it hard to sleep at times. However, being right across the street from the beach was a definite plus. The dining experience was lovely, with fresh, homemade meals and simple, complimentary Danish pastries. The facilities provided were fantastic.
